We have had very mutually beneficial relationship over the past years. We have put our heart & soul in getting you the best service from our end so that you could create value for your customers. We have also received the same gesture from yourselves.

As you know the world is facing a catastrophic situation on account of COVID-19, we are at a juncture where the whole world seems to have been brought to a near halt by Pandemic COVID-19. We all have been impacted by this. The Government of India has shut down its international borders, states have imposed lockdown, train services and air services have been suspended. Except emergency & essential services everything else is at a standstill.

This is an unprecedented crisis the world may have ever seen or witnessed. The pandemic has engulfed the entire globe putting People, Business & Trade into total disarray. While various measures are under way by all the governments across the globe, the situation is still not under control. There is no indication as to when normalcy will return. One of the measures adopted by all the countries is social distancing.

While all our offices and global partners are doing their best to ensure minimum of disruption in such a grim situation, we are facing severe challenges due to the sheer magnitude of the pandemic and day to day changes being announced by countries/governments/authorities. As you are aware the Central and State government have issued advisories to close all establishments, there are restrictions on the movement of people and vehicles. Most of our team members are working from home to ensure there are minimum disruption and are working on various solutions & alternates.

Due to the Pandemic and its severity, Logistic Integrators, our associates and our global partners despite putting our best efforts, there is likelihood of delay, deferment and in some cases we might be unable to perform all OR part of the time bound operations like; and will not be limited to, collection of Delivery order for Air and Sea Import shipments, undertake timely Custom Clearance, Pick up of goods from any location- local or international, Delivery of shipments, filing of BOE, Payment of Custom Duties, Releasing of BL, Delivering Time and Temperature sensitive shipments within the defined parameters, Delivery or Pick up of documents, Arranging transport vehicles/shipping containers/pallets, Delay in status communication, Delay in cargo arrival intimation, and or all/any such logistic services-activities which may have a bearing on the overall performance or the SLA agreed as per all signed contract/communication due to COVID-19 Pandemic. This is a situation which is Beyond the control of all of us. This is clearly a Force Majeure situation.

As advised earlier, all rates will be on Case to Case basis and will be as per the Rate Prevailing On The DAY of the Shipment. Space/equipment availability will be subject to confirmation from carriers. Detention, demurrage, delay of cargo if any on account of the pandemic, will be additional cost and to be borne by our clients.

While we assure you of our committed and sincere efforts to extend all support and services, we shall keep you informed about further developments. Please note this notice shall remain in force until further intimation/ notification.

We look forward to your continued support in these circumstances. We know this is a passing phase and together we will see this through.
