Branch Operations Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Branch Manager located in Mumbai. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations of international Freight Forwarding, including managing logistics, supervising staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and meeting performance targets. Responsibilities also include client relationship management, implementation of company policies, and driving business growth within the branch’s operational territory. The role requires exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage resources effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Freight forwarding industry at senior position and well versed with all trade requirements including compliance. Must have an experience of handling a branch of 75 crore and above and a team strength of more than 40 staff. Should be able to work with all departments and take accountability of customer service and delivery.

To gather feedback on Competition & Market information and share it with Senior Manager. Also, the incumbent will be responsible for building everlasting relations and creating value propositions for the client. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining and engaging a healthy client base which helps in meeting revenue targets and goals. Identifying NDP with each customer at various levels. Discuss with Senior Manager on NDP of Customers during Review meetings to arrive Solutions & for Adding Value to Services offered there by helping Company to achieve its Mission.
